The idea behind this project was to experiment with the motion design tools in Unreal Engine 5. Since I love building environments, I tried to put together both these worlds and came up with the idea of growing leaves and flowers on a little trunk, in the woods.
I downloaded and placed some assets from Quixel Megascans and built the wood scene in Unreal, playing with lighting and animating the plants up the trunk. I set up the camera shots and rendered with the UE5 Path Tracer. Everything was post-produced in Adobe Premiere Pro.
